Ball and Chain



Take an old football/basketball that has a leak. Cut a section leaving it as a flap. Insert a long bolt that has a chain attached and fill the ball with concrete leaving the bolt approx half way to set. Attach a clamp at the end that has a padlock. We used this on many bucks parties and the buck cant move far and has to carry it with him the entire party.
